Although located in the historical preserved tourist area, the lot does not have the bustling atmosphere of Little Tokyo on the opposite side. The site is currently being used as a parking lot. With a relatively large area, that place is looking for an additional function to activate the lively spirit of the site.
The new building is an organic element developed inside Little Tokyo to provide a new function for the area. Its appearance will be a new breeze in the historic Little Tokyo.
