Amongst the historic buildings along Broadway, the USC Marshall School Center for Entrepreneurial Studies provides a fresh outlook for the area. While its neighbors are big blocks that conceal their functions and activities deeply inside, the Center breaks the boundary between inside and out.

The main focus of the project is to explore a new prototype of academic/ office culture. As a building in Downtown, the project will be a place for business people gather to meet, discuss with others, and interact with students.
